A beautiful and picturesque Scottish island, rich in history, Sanda also boasts a safe anchorage for visiting yachts during summer months. Featured in several TV programmes recently we have recently opened the Byron Darnton Tavern which seves home made food and Real ales from the Isle of Arran (Day vistors welcome as we run a daily ferry service during the summer months) .
We have six self catering cottages which have recently been refurnished and all have Gas, Electricity and Spring Water we also welcome well behaved pets in addition guests have access to the snooker/games room and library.
There is plenty to see and do on the Island we have Several Historic Buildings including St Ninians's chapel one of the oldest Christian Settlements in Scotland and the Unique Lighthouse called "The Ship" and there is Scotland's 4th official bird observatory with its own headquarters, facilities and accommodation.
