Canyoning is a growing sport and proves how much fun you can have with nature. The difference between this extreme sport and a roller coaster is you don't have a safety harness or cage to keep you save, it's just you and nature.
The trick to jumping into rock pools is to hit the water feet first as straight as possible. Keep your hands away from your face and keep your bum clenched as tight as possible. Do that and you'll have smooth landing into the water. Some of the gorges off the opportunity to jump from 60 feet which does not sound to high until you’re looking over the edge.
Canyoning is a must, even if you only to it once, it's great fun and relativly safe if you follow the guides instructions.
