If you are Rafting or Canyoning why not pop into one of the many visitor centres located in the Perthshire area. If you’re staying in Edinburgh we can arrange a private tour (Depending on the size of you’re group) and tasting in the Whisky Heritage Centre on the Royal Mile, Edinburgh.
There some interesting distilleries located near Pitlochry and Aberfeldy which are about 1hour 20 minutes from Edinburgh and Glasgow.
You’ll learn about all the processes involved in making great whisky and the history behind it, you may even be able to tell the difference between several types of brands.
